“I cannot say enough good things about Brandy O’Brien at O’Brien Insurance Services. I am loyal to a fault, and after more than 30 years of dealing with auto insurance companies, my experience has been that many companies slowly raise rates on loyal customers because they assume you will not go anywhere else. I started with Allstate and watched my rates continue to increase. I eventually switched to American Family, and while they started out great, over time it felt like they looked for every opportunity to raise my premiums. I have always driven older, used, high-mileage vehicles, had no accidents, and when I finally went to buy my first new vehicle, they wanted to charge me around $2,500 for six months of insurance. I could not believe it. When I called my agent, I received excuses instead of help, with no real effort to take care of me as a long-time loyal customer. Thankfully, the gal who sold me my vehicle referred me to Brandy O’Brien with high praise, and wow, did Brandy deliver. She found me auto insurance coverage that was better priced than what I was already paying before adding the new vehicle. I have now been with Brandy for three years, and every six months I have actually seen a small decrease for being a loyal customer. “Brandy has been providing insurance to myself, friends and family now for 6 years plus. I had a truck accident 4 years ago and the promptness in making sure my boys and I were taken care of is second to none throughout the entire process. From making sure we were okay first and foremost to continued updates throughout getting my vehicle repaired were spot on. “I was with AAA, and they declined renewing our agreement because of three reported incidents. One was an accident where other party was at fault and took care of our damages. Another was a chipped windshield which was not replaced. The other was am accident which went unreported, and both parties agreed to take care of their own minor damages. Brandy got us full coverage at a substantial savings with progressive. I would highly recommend her.”

“If it wasn’t impossible to switch brokers, I probably would! Bought my home in 2022 and I’ve had to request my first review to lower premiums in December of 2025. I would hope to have a broker that actively does that instead me having to request it. It also was not an easy process switching my flood insurance and I got a letter in the middle of it saying something wasn’t done correctly so I had to call again to have them fix it.”
