I'm Brandy O'Brien, and I've spent 20+ years helping families and businesses across North Idaho protect what matters most. I cut my teeth at a captive-carrier agency, where my team earned Presidential Status 10 years running. That taught me the fundamentals — but I always knew I wanted more.
I brought that experience into building my book of business, starting at 40% ownership of my book. I showed up six days a week, often 70 hours, and built something real — client by client, relationship by relationship.
